• Tempo shelter — putting it up and taking it down

  • We do not install ShelterLogic-type shelters (Garage-in-a-Box and similar big-box-store models). We assemble Tempo car shelters and equivalent types.
  • Additional fees may apply on site if items were not declared at booking: flap, arch, side door, wirelocks, anchors, or any other option. Option prices are listed in the booking form.

• Gutter cleaning

  $99standard bungalow

  Telescopic pole and camera, downspouts, a drainage check and debris hauled away. Before-and-after camera images are available.

  • 2-storey home: book now. We'll call you before the visit to confirm the price and what we can do. Everything is done from the ground, with a pole.
  • Deeply blocked downspouts: +$25.
  • Larger or more complex home: price confirmed in advance from a satellite photo.

• Window cleaning

  Pure-water washing, streak-free, with a pole and from the ground: the glass and the outer frames. Inside-and-out adds the inside of the glass, the screens and the tracks.

  • Price is for a standard bungalow, up to 15 windows. Divided-light windows, or more than that: a supplement, confirmed BEFORE the visit.
  • A first wash on very dirty glass may need a supplement, confirmed on site before we start.

• Leaf removal

  Up to 10 bags included, in paper bags left at the curb for municipal pickup.

  • Extra bags: $4 each, confirmed by text with a photo before we go over.
  • Our advice: two visits, one mid-October and one mid-November.

• Bin washing

  Pressure washing inside and out for your garbage, recycling and compost bins.

• Garage drain cleaning

  For driveways that slope down to a garage below street level. We lift the grate, clear out the debris — leaves, sediment — flush it through, check that it drains, and put the grate back.

  • We clear accessible surface blockages — the large majority of cases. If the blockage is deep in the line (roots, a damaged pipe), we tell you on the spot and refer you to a plumber.

• Winter close-up

  $95

  Hoses disconnected, drained and put away. Up to two outdoor taps shut off and bled. Standard patio furniture stored or covered, pots emptied.
